DT's One is One

I like one year is one year by Gordon Dry but i don't really like some of the things it does. Like how kids enter work force at age 6, marry at 10, have kids at 12 etc so i made my own.

- The citizens age 5 times slower, so they age about one year in one year. 
- Children become laborers or students at the age of 9. Students stay in school for 6 years. 
- Villagers can marry and move together between the age of 15 and 40. They can have babies between the age of 15 and 45. 
- Citizens wait an year before they can produce an offspring after moving to new house. They wait for 18 months to 36 months before next child. 
- Their max age varies between 65 and 105 years. Citizen walking Speed increased to 1x, 1.8x, 3x based on the road. Walking distance increased 2.5x.
- Carry weight increased by 100%, citizens health updates every month instead of every 3, Tool penalty reduced to 20% from 25%
- Citizens health increased 100%, and their water search radius increased by 100%.	

These changes are done to compensate for large maps and because they all are in the same .rsc file so you can safely let this mod to override other mods that do these things and still get all the benefits.

Be warned this mode is a bit harder as people age slower, and babies are born at a slower rate (on average one every 2 ~ 4 years).
