Tree Growth and Life

This mod increases (wild) tree growth by 4x, and extends tree life by 4x in order to allow comparable time for them to reseed themselves; there should be no gradual (or abrupt) deforestation of the map. Herb and food spawning should be unaffected, gatherers and herbalists will work as normal. It has been tested extensively in my games, but if issues crop up for anyone else please let me know! This does not affect orchard trees at all..
It modifies only NaturalResourceTree_growth.crs and NaturalResourceTree_spawn.crs!
