More Stone per Rock

It was suggested that I make a version of my wood mod for stone and iron as well. This one modifies RawMaterialStone.rsc. Uneducated laborers now produce three stone blocks per rock gathered, and educated workers produce 5. This may also alter how quickly a quarry produces stone. I also needed to reduce the weight of stone so that the larger pile could be carried by a regular citizen! Stone now weighs 10 units. Like the wood mod, it will make the game considerably easier by greatly increasing your stone supply, and may be considered a cheat.
