This mod makes Farmers keep harvesting crop fields and orchards while laborers are picking up produced food, which makes harvesting faster and more efficient since they won't waste so much time going to put food in storage and back while freezing temperatures are spoiling the crops.
Compatible with a savegame load but the crop fields/orchards need to be deleted/rebuilt.
Basically what I changed is only 1 line in CropField.rsc and Orchard.rsc :

If there are too few laborers, food crates will tend to stay there on the field for a long time before it gets picked up. Until I can find a fix for that I would suggest to reduce the number of farmers per field since harvesting is fast now they won't be needed. In my towns I always go for 1/2 farmer in 15x8 fields, and 1/2 in 15x4 orchards.
