CITIZEN TEXTURE REPLACEMENT MOD (CTRM)
v1.0 - "The Hallows"
This mod will simply replace the default (8 Male + 8 Female) 16 Citizens' Faces, Skins, & Clothing Textures. No changes on their weird behaviour.
This first version is just a demonstration & to show that it is possible to make the citizens look like Romans, Spartans, Lt. Shepard, or even
your Bully Neighbour, etc.etc....lol
