Tools value up

Hey players!

For some reason in this game the value of tools is understated (considering the raw material value that they are made from). For a long run it discourages player to produce them. Often I find myself buying (or even ordering) any type of tool from a trader, which made my blacksmith profession useless.

This small tweak raises the value of tools from 8 to 12 (for iron tools) and from 10 to 16 (for steel tools), so that raw material value is counted in + some work.

Note: After you activate this mod - you might want to start buying raw materials instead of ready tools (higher price). It will also raise a temptation to trade your tools away (as it is worth now).

This mod works with other mods alright and with saved games without any problems.
