Balanced Apiary

I felt that the apiary mod included in the modkit was a little too good, so I've made some changes to make it a more balanced alternative. Honey is now only a protein and the production numbers have been lowered.

When compared to other food buildings, especially the other main sources of protein (fishing and hunting), the pros and cons of this apiary are:

Pros:
* Very high food per worker when educated.
* Flexible placement.

Cons:
* Only one worker per building.
* Production is 60% lower if beekeeper is not educated.
* Building is somewhat expensive.
